Big fan here! The folks out front are considerate, knowledgeable and happy. They are always able to accommodate me with my scheduling, sometimes squeezing me in at the last minute. Their pricing has been consistently competitively less expensive than other shops I've used. They are prompt in contacting me when my car is ready and checking out is quick. Print outs of work done and recommendations for future safety are always informative and appreciated.

I brought in my 2004 Chevy Tracker to get the power steering fixed. They said I had a leak in the reservoir and it needed to be replaced. However, they couldn't find any replacement part that would work and said that they could try and repair the reservoir itself. They told me it would be $700. I told them not to bother. Later I looked it up and found the exact part that is currently in my car for $13. They either were completely unable to find a part that I could find in a single Google search or they were trying to rip me off. You pick.

I was a first time customer for oil change and brake fluid flush on my Porsche. I drove up and the outside was clean and orderly (somewhat surprised). Inside continued to impress. They did all the work ...they were competitive...and it was a pleasure dealing with them. I will be back.
