Have been taking my Mini Cooper to Pacific Motors for the past 10 years since I bought it. Has always been a positive experience. This last time Erika made sure everything we agreed on got taken care of on time. Communication was good by phone and email. I wouldn't trust my car to be worked on anywhere else whether it is just an oil change or something more major. Is it cheap? I broke down on HWY 1 many miles from home and late at night. My car ended up at Pacific Motors since that was the closest AAA associated shop. My experience with PM was excellent. Kyle at the front desk was proactively communicative when the shop opened at 8am. Later, he delivered the bad news about my van in a professional and helpful way. I felt the team went above and beyond to diagnose a difficult and potentially dangerous electrical problem. And then, when I had to arrange for AAA to tow my van home, Kyle and team worked with me to make that easy.

Kyle helped us by suppling us with a toyota service bulletin that will save us money .

Pacific Motor Service did an excellent job diagnosing the door lock mechanism problem on our BMW 330CI. They provide very complete & professional service at a fair price.
