I took my hybrid to Pacific Motors after taking it to the car dealership and being very disappointed in dealership service (and cost) and the fact that they were unable to fix it. Pacific Motors really listened to me about the problem and put in the extra time and effort to make sure that they diagnosed and fixed the problem. I was greatly impressed. Both Kevin and Kyle were very understanding and courteous about my situation and went above and beyond.

Five stars for Pacific Motor Service! I brought my 2015 Ford Escape in for a morning tapping noise. Kevin had me leave it overnight so Chris, the technician, could catch the noise on a cold start. They diagnosed an exhaust manifold leak, and Kevin walked me through the repair process clearly. The parts were ordered, the job was completed a day early, and the pricing was fair. Chris’s work has been exceptional. I’ll definitely be back for future maintenance. Thank you Pacific Grove team!
