Relatively resetting loose cabling in the engine area to eliminate a knocking sound

The hatch back on our SUV was not functioning properly, and the dealer where we bought the car wanted to replace the "computer parts" at an outrageous price. Pacific Motor was able to "reboot" the system at a fraction of the price, and it has functioned perfectly ever since.

I broke down on HWY 1 many miles from home and late at night. My car ended up at Pacific Motors since that was the closest AAA associated shop. My experience with PM was excellent. Kyle at the front desk was proactively communicative when the shop opened at 8am. Later, he delivered the bad news about my van in a professional and helpful way. I felt the team went above and beyond to diagnose a difficult and potentially dangerous electrical problem. And then, when I had to arrange for AAA to tow my van home, Kyle and team worked with me to make that easy.
