The team at Pacific Motor Service is professional and friendly. I trust them to help me keep my car running in peak performance. I appreciate how they proactively keep in touch with me when service milestones are due and how they make good recommendations based on what they know I want out of my car and the driving experience I enjoy. I have always taken my car to the dealership for service because I didn't know how to find a trustworthy car repair place I could trust. I had some bad experiences with independents in the past so the dealership seemed safe until someone I trusted recommended Pacific Motors. Now I don't see myself going anywhere else. Thank you!

I love the care and concern that the staff at Pacific Motor Service give to my vehicles and myself. I have been bringing both of my vehicles to the Monterey location for several years. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive to all of my vehicle’s service intervals and needs. The staff (specially Rory) give me long range estimates of what is due at each service interval and work with me to get the best options available. I always leave Pacific Motor Service feeling satisfied and confident in their work.

Keep in mind we are AAA approved, have a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty and service all domestic, European, Japanese and Korean makes and Models. We specialize in engine diagnostics, brakes, suspension and even sell tires!
