Not the fastest oil change in town, but the best! They do a very thorough inspection, and often catch problems I haven't noticed. Last time they noticed that the bulbs on my back licence plate were burned out. They did a good job of wiping down the surfaces of my vehicle that they touched. They recently put a bench outside so there was a place to sit and wait for work to be completed ( it's 2020). I also like that their ideal location is near the beach, bike trail, good restaurants and the sports center. It is much easier to wait for the repair to be completed when there are so many nearby diversions.

Thank you for the fabulous review Jessica! We are certainly not the fastest in town. It's our goal to be the most thorough and efficient shop around. Our location is convenient and the beautiful Del Monte Beach is just seconds away. It makes a great place to spend an hour or so while you wait for your car!!!

Traveling from Santa Rosa and needed air in my right rear tire. I looked online for a tire shop, found Pacific Motor Service. When I pulled in a technician named Miles greeted me cordially, offered to help, asked me what I needed, then filled all four of my tires to the required pressure, then thanked me for stopping in!! NOW THAT’S CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT’S BEST!!!

As always, we were welcomed and received immediate attention and after explaining the problem we saw, we were told the options of what the problem might be and potential costs. We were offered transportation back to our home and once the mechanics had inspected the car, we were advised of several alternatives and the accompanying cost for each as well as the total should we chose to have all the work done. When the car was ready, we were pleasantly surprised to find the car washed. We especially appreciated the manner in which the issues with the car were explained in laymen’s terms which helped us decide the priorities we could afford. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
