Please forgive the tardiness in posting this review. The guys at Pacific Motor Service know their stuff and then some. Not only that, they make you feel like family. Service is fast and efficient. Prices are fair. Wouldn't even bother going anywhere else.

I no longer live in the area, but I will make a point to bring my cars back here for service. Not only do the mechanics do a top-notch job, the prices are reasonable and the customer service at the desk is unsurpassed. I absolutely love Pacific Motors in Pacific Grove, and just cannot say enough good things. Highly recommended, you can trust these guys!

Pacific Motors has serviced my Mercedes for several years and has always done a good job. SO: when members of our family fled fires in Oregon with "extremely hazardous" smoke conditions and stayed with us for several days, I asked Kevin at Pacific Motors if he could change the air filter in their car. He ordered the part immediately as was able to replace the filter that same day. Boy, the old one was black from the smoke and we were so grateful that Kevin's mechanics could get fresh air into their car. Thanks!
