Great service

On the way through Pacheco Pass for a vacation in Pacific Grove, our car started lagging as we climbed the hill and a warning light came on. We called the Ford Dealership and they were booked solid, so I asked for a recommendation for a good auto shop. They highly recommended Pacific Motor Service. Well, their recommendation was well deserved! They took our car in right away, provided a quick diagnosis and had it repaired within hours on the same day. It was disappointing to not have a car for one day of our three day trip, but what a relief to have the problem quickly diagnosed and repaired at a reasonable price. Their customer service was outstanding! I highly recommend this auto shop!

A+ in Service! My wife and I were visiting Pacific Grove from LA. Our Jeep Wrangler had a transmission issue. We brought the Jeep in at 8AM and Kevin quickly committed to diagnosing the problem. Within a couple of hours, we knew the exact issue, cost, and when it would get done. Kevin was honest, helpful, informative, and open. Kevin is really focused on running a good shop and ensuring his staff continually provides and improves service. He also gave us a couple of great recommendations on restaurants and sightseeing. If I lived in the area, Pacific Motor Service would be my first choice for service.
