I absolutely cannot explain this phenomenon: Every single time that I bring in my Nissan Altima, Pacific Motor Service somehow manages to propel their service results even higher into the stratosphere! Experience, Expertise, Excellence; always, all ways. I am treated like a visiting dignitary with an elegant vehicle, and all their rigorous, laser-focused, ongoing training and self-evaluation truly comes through in how they meet and serve each customer along the way, every day...Oh, yeah, and all this throughout a global pandemic! Kevin, Jim, Vince, Myles, Beatrice (welcome!), Rory, Kyle (hope I didn't omit anyone?) are each and all supremely professional, with the highest integrity and kindness. When I bring in my automobile, you can probably hear my sighs of relief, and joyful giggles, because I know that it's in the best possible hands. Thank you all!

Excellent customer service!!

The staff was all incredibly helpful, polite, and professional but the pricing is outrageous. Maybe it’s because it’s in the heart of Monterey but ended up paying $1500 less than what they originally quoted me. And I bought all the parts I needed from Autozone for half of what you would have paid there.

Hello John, Thank you for your feedback. We pride ourselves in taking special care of all our guests. We do our very best to serve everyone according to their needs and desires within our set parameters. We are certainly not the least expensive shop in town, and boast some of the best Service Advisors available, as well as extremely qualified ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certified technicians, a 3 year/36,000 mile nationwide warranty and are the only AAA approved company on the Monterey Peninsula. That said, there must be some confusion on the pricing as the total cost for parts and labor for your Nissan, including your AAA discount, was approximately $1,200, so your statement of saving $1500 at another facility must be made in error. Because we provide a long term, comprehensive (parts and labor) warranty, we avoid using Autozone products, and it is against our guidelines to allow clients to supply their own parts. You had your vehicle towed to us on Friday Morning and requested we get you back on the road for a trip by the end of the day; we were willing to accommodate you with some shuffling of our schedule. This sort of flexibility requires an expert advisory staff, technicians and a finely tuned supply chain, all of which we have in place. I am sorry we weren't able to fulfill your needs within your price point, but we cannot compromise our standards and values at the expense of job quality. Sincerely,
