The team was extremely attentive and ensured that my car got the service that it needed. My car needed to have both the main battery and the keyfob battery replaced. They didn’t have those parts on hand, so they went the extra mile to have those parts delivered and installed faster than I expected.

The staff are always very professional and friendly. They always call to go over what work needs to be done and explain why it is necessary. The fact that they have their own book club is pretty cool also

Nice people, but on the pricey side. Oil change was same cost as the dealers even though they gave me a $10.00 discount. Wanted $279.00 to replace a battery. I bought a battery from Costco for $78.00 and did it myself. Not recommended.

Hello William, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear you didn't enjoy our service. Unfortunately we can't compete with the do it yourself types. The battery we quoted you was a longer life battery than you can typically get from Costco and of course there is labor involved for the installation process. Not the fastest oil change in town, but the best! They do a very thorough inspection, and often catch problems I haven't noticed. Last time they noticed that the bulbs on my back licence plate were burned out. They did a good job of wiping down the surfaces of my vehicle that they touched. They recently put a bench outside so there was a place to sit and wait for work to be completed ( it's 2020). I also like that their ideal location is near the beach, bike trail, good restaurants and the sports center. It is much easier to wait for the repair to be completed when there are so many nearby diversions.

Thank you for the fabulous review Jessica! We are certainly not the fastest in town. It's our goal to be the most thorough and efficient shop around. Our location is convenient and the beautiful Del Monte Beach is just seconds away. It makes a great place to spend an hour or so while you wait for your car!!!
