I was told car would be ready at 2:30. Returned at 2:45 & work hadn’t been started. It was finished at 3:20

I went to pacific motor service with major anxiety after finding a few codes from my check engine light. I was thinking I would need a transmission rebuild, and a new catalytic converter. A few hours after dropping off my car, I got a call from Rory saying they wanted to change my transmission oil. So..... I have heard a lot of people tell me a transmission flush would do more damage than good and I was a bit concerned. I had so many questions for them and they took the time to answer all of them on the phone for 20+ minutes. After Rory answered all of my questions and explained the whole process, I gave them the okay to start the job. Once they dropped the transmission pan, they took photos of my transmission and the oil they took out. I even stopped by to check out my car and they let me look under it while they pointed out the problems it was having. They were so patient with me and I was able to gain a lot of trust in them (which is difficult to do with mechanics) They did the oil replacement and a few other things that needed some attention. Now my 20 year old truck is running like a dream. I will definitely be back and have decided to use them for all of my car troubles/ maintenance in the future. Thanks so much Pacific Motor Service!

It's not always a linear process and we don't always nail it on the first attempt, but we have a great staff and we never give up. Took back in after new front brakes were making noises, new brake pads and rotors were checked and seemed fine, but after a test drive with Rory he heard the noises. So, they were replaced on warranty and are now fine. Great experience. Thanks.

Pacific Motor identified a braking issue that would be a problem if not attended to.After several months their diagnostics became a reality.I took the car back to them,and they repaired and solved the problem.The grinding noises I was hearing have totally disappeared.
