Excellent customer service. I was not comfortable signing the repair order in person. As an alternative, Pacific Motor Service emailed the authorization form to me. I then completed the form and signed it. I emailed the firm back to them. They went above and beyond to make this happen. Also, my car was picked and delivered to my house. Absolutely outstanding service.
