Auto shops generally make me cringe. I am never entirely sure that what they are recommending is really necessary, nor am I always confident that the work will be high quality. Well, I can never say never again. At Pacific Motors, I continue to be impressed with how transparent they are and how concerned they are about quality. They have earned my loyalty and have spoiled me for the day I leave the area. I fear I will never have this level of comfort...partnership with an auto shop again.

Jim, Kyle, and the entire crew are all impressively polite, truthful, and care about delivering good service. I won’t take my cars anywhere else. They have been keeping my cars running in great condition for several years.

Was recommended by my fiance they did such an amazing job on her dodge charger so I decided to take my Dodge Challenger 392. I was already happy by the excellent service from Kevin he made my car get service the same day didn't take long at all. I was very happy with everything ill definitely be taking my (Hot Rod) when ever it need service again😁
