I am always treated with respect and they have always been up front about what some was going to cost. No BS just this is what it runs. Maybe I could of look around about what this last repair cost me however I like what they do as a business and that counts to me.

Our Jeep broke down on a recent trip to Monterey. We luckily found Pacific. Rory was our Service Analyst. He was very professional. Pacific diagnosed our problem that same day and after getting parts the next day - quickly got us back on the road. Our total experience was very good- aside from the original problem. We highly recommend them.
