The parts needed to be special ordered and they were great about calling me to keep me apprised of the situation as it took a little longer than anticipated for the part to arrive. I was offered an alternate car so that I would not be without transportation for the extra day (I have never been given this option) and were very considerate of me and my situation. Kevin is genuinely caring, sincere and understanding and has my loyalty as a customer. The quote I was given was accurate with no "surprise" charges and I highly recommend this business to everyone.
