My husband & I recently switched over from having the dealer service our Porsche Cayenne to having Pacific Motor Service/Monterey service our Cayenne. We couldn’t be happier, and are so pleased we made the switch. Pacific Motor Service not only offers superior customer service (Rory), but also superior quality in the mechanic’s skill set... and the financial savings are incredible! Example: the quote we received this month to completely replace all four Michelin tires was several hundred dollars less at Pacific Motor than at Sullivan Tires AND Pacific Motor threw in a Complimentary wheel alignment!! So if you want the best mechanics, the nicest customer service experience AND the best value, give Pacific Motor Service a “tire kick”. You won’t be sorry, and your wallet will be happy too. PS: Based on the great experience with our Porsche, we’re going to bring our Maserati in too. What a relief Pacific Motor Service can accommodate Italian sports cars. This is great news because the Maserati Dealership in Monterey closed in March 2020. Who has time to drive to the next available dealership [San Jose] and wait around? Not me.

The rear brakes on our daughter’s car were gone. They got us in right away even though they were busy and took care of it for us as they always do.

I was told car would be ready at 2:30. Returned at 2:45 & work hadn’t been started. It was finished at 3:20
