Our Jeep broke down on a recent trip to Monterey. We luckily found Pacific. Rory was our Service Analyst. He was very professional. Pacific diagnosed our problem that same day and after getting parts the next day - quickly got us back on the road. Our total experience was very good- aside from the original problem. We highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with the Pacific Grove shop and would highly recommend it! I took my old VW last minute, I know very little about cars and could hardly explain some of the problems, and still they were so kind, transparent, diligent, and quick!

The dealer charged me $900.00 and could not fix the problem (running and dash lights out). I took the truck to Pacific Motors and they fixed it within minutes, blown fuse.
