We had a blow out going to Carmel and the tire on our Prius Prime had to be replaced. The service was great, and although it took until the next day to get the new tire from Toyota in Sand City, they did a good job fixing the problem.

On a trip to the Gold Country my can overheated enough to melt the top of the radiator reserve tank. I had it towed the 190 miles back to Monterey, taking it into Pacific Motors, and pretty sure I'd have some expensive engine damage, maybe forcing me to buy my last new car three years before I'd planned to. All that was needed though was a new reserve tank, a new radiator cap, and a couple hoses... $285 parts and labor. Trust is essential with car maintenance and repair. Pacific Motors is worthy of that trust.
