Jim, Kyle, and Rory are an unbeatable team who provide excellent customer service. They have taken care of several cars of mine over the years and kept them in top shape. I was especially pleased with the care they gave my Mini Cooper - hard to find in Monterey. I am leaving the area soon, and I'm not sure which I'm sadder about - losing Pacific Motors or my obgyn!
