I have used Pacific Motors to take care of our family’s cars for over thirty years. I began taking our cars to their original Monterey location when I was working a few blocks away and now use their Pacific Grove location, because it is closer to home. I have been consistently happy with the service they have provided and the honest clear explanations of their service recommendations they have provided over all these years.

Had an oil change completed on time without any issues. They recommended new tires for my return trip to Minnesota. Very friendly staff.

After dealing with so many cold and expensive car repair places after my mechanic of over 40 years retired, I was so disillusioned and hurt by those I ended up with that I never thought I would find someplace that treated me and my car like we were welcome, didn't cheat me because I was a woman, and knew what they were doing and didn't charge me so much that I'd have to take out a loan to pay them. It wasn't cheap but it was affordable and they did a great job on my car. I especially liked that they wrote down everything I said and gave me a copy of it. The people were warm and friendly and a special thank you to Daley for his great work on my car! Thanks guys!

The ONLY mechanic in Monterey County that I would recommend to anyone. Honest trustworthy staff of professionals. My vehicle is not easy to troubleshoot due to the many modifications. I always get honest answers from people that truly want to help me.
