Gracious, attentive, explanatory, knowledgeable staff. I just moved to Pacific Grove and my last Saab mechanic was in Berkeley. After breaking down on 156 I searched on Yelp to find someone/anyone to service my car. Four places turned me down but they welcomed me and my 1998 Saab 900SE. After ordering parts I had my car the next day. The made other recommendations without upselling me. I now have a mechanic in PG!
