On a trip to the Gold Country my can overheated enough to melt the top of the radiator reserve tank. I had it towed the 190 miles back to Monterey, taking it into Pacific Motors, and pretty sure I'd have some expensive engine damage, maybe forcing me to buy my last new car three years before I'd planned to. All that was needed though was a new reserve tank, a new radiator cap, and a couple hoses... $285 parts and labor. Trust is essential with car maintenance and repair. Pacific Motors is worthy of that trust.

I've been going to them for nearly 18 years, and am always overwhelmingly happy with the workmanship, kindness and service level. Even if it's something that I wasn't expecting and have "bad news", they have never talked down to me or tried to sell me on services I don't need - unfortunately some of their competitors have a tendency to take advantage of single women in that respect, but to a man on this crew not one has told me a lie or avoided giving me explicit details on the what/how/why. Worth every penny, every time.
