The front office staff were the most professional people that I have had the opportunity to work with in the auto industry, and the technicians were thorough, fast and efficient. They pointed out and explained the importance of some regular maintenance items. I asked them to take care of some immediate concerns and they prioritized some items to be taken care of later this year.

They are very knowledgeable and explain the procedures thoroughly. I had an issue with sensor lights that were a complete mystery as to why they would not turn off after replacement. They did some research and discussed at their weekly meeting and were able to solve the problem. The staff is very friendly. You won’t be disappointed.

I've been taking my cars to Pacific Motor Service for the last ten or so years, and I can't say enough good things about them!
