fabulous service
A faulty oil filter caused an oil leak a few months after I had my oil changed. Pacific Motor Service replaced the oil filter, cleaned up the underside of my car, and apologized for the problem. I was extremely pleased with how they handled this situation. They were honest and took care of the problem with no charge to me. It was a fair and equitable solution to the situation. This is how I like to be treated and do business. I will definitely be a repeat customer!!
Great service as usual.
Excellent Service
Always the best.
For my first visit to Pacific Motor Service, I didn’t know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. I brought my Nissan van in for its 20k service. I was able to easily make an appointment the same week and understand exactly what was going to be performed in my service. I was treated respectfully and courteously by Kevin and Rory. When I picked up my vehicle, I felt confident that the necessary service had been performed and nothing more and nothing less. I paid what I was quoted. I am satisfied with the service and care I received and will go back.
From the time I arrived, Rory greeted me in a friendly way. He took my request for my car service and oil change. Kevin took me home and I waited for about 1 1/2 hours while my car was completed. Everyone was polite and I appreciate the service provided to me. Thanks, Gail Jonas

Excellent service and friendly staff. Outstanding work.
This is going to be long review and that's for a good reason. So I was on a long road trip from Dallas to Pacific Coast route via Seattle-Portland-SFO-San Diego on my 2011 BMW 335i. On day 6 the car started leaking coolant near Pacific Grove and AAA recommended this shop. I am pretty picky at the mechanics who work on cars- only BMW dealer and my few buddies. Also not eveyr shop can repair BMW's due to their complexities. Anyways, the car broke down on Friday evening during the holidays so no shop would accept the car before Wednesday( Tuesday being Jan 1st). Rory ( service advisor) looked at my car just before closing the shop and promised to get me back on road on Monday( which he did). Coolan hose was leaking so they ordered the parts already.it was 5 PM and closing time - I was struggling to get an rental and hotel due to holidays. All the rental places ran out of cars. The mechanic ( Myles ?) even dropped me at the airport for rental. Monday morning few more parts needed to the replaced which Rory kept me informed of and finally got the car back at 4.30 PM and I immediately head back towards Dallas. The repair bill was expensive but expected considering its BMW. I would recommend this place for a professional and caring people at work there. Thank you so much Rory for all the help and please extend my thanks for Myles ( if I spelled that correctly )
