Excellent service!

As usual, we were treated very well by Kevin, Rory and their staff. Diane's Mazda Miata lost all of its coolant in our garage. Rory talked us through how to diagnose the problem. We filled the radiator and reserve tank and Di drove the car up to the facility on Forest. It was a broken hose clamp and fixed quite quickly and quite economically. Now to clean up the garage, which we are working on.

As always - great service experience. Prompt, communicative, informative, pleasant, accurate. I think they switched my car for a newer one.

As always, an excellent job and a personal warm reception. I've been bringing my vehicles here for several years.

I had front brakes replaced last year. Nine months later they had developed a pulsation. Pacific replaced pads and rotors under warranty with no hassles. I have had other work done here and they have always been friendly and professional. I like that I can make an appointment for an oil change and know that it will be done in the scheduled timeframe.
