They provide fast and affordable service! My car has been always taken a great care of! If you need to leave your car at their shop for a day or so, they provide a local shuttle service as well. Altho I have brought my car here for the past 3+ yrs. this is the first time I have had to have a repair. Kyle went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible. He had to keep it there overnight to order parts and he made sure I got a free rental car. He also fixed a couple of minor things free of charge. Car repairs are never fun but I really trust Pacific Motors to do a good job and stand behind their work. They really go the extra mile. Don't hesitate to take your car here! Been taking my car there for about 9 years. Honest service. If my car ever needed multiple services, they are always able to tell me what I need now versus what could safely be done with my next regular service. And I've overheard conversations with other customers where the cost to fix simply wasn't worth it - they will actually tell customers if whatever would be a waste of money.

We have always gotten good, honest, and professional service here. And this is for old cars like a 1951 Morris Minor up to "modern" cars like our 1999 Subaru Forester and 2004 Mazda Miata. Nothing but good things to say about this organization.
