Service was excellent.

I keep coming back to PMS because they're really understanding, and provide a good experience every time. I'm a person who really doesn't know the ins and outs of cars all that much, and they explain what's going on in detail every time, and in a was I understand. I've looked up the services and repairs that they suggest, and their prices are always fair. It's really good to know that there's a place that won't rip you off, and will be upfront about your car's situation.

Always great to know that my car is well taken care of. One thing growing up with a dad that was a farmer, he taught me that if you take care of your equipment it will always take care of you and Pacific Motors delivers me to that very saying. Thank you Jim and Kyle!

Pacific Motor Service absolutely saved us! While driving from San Francisco to Big Sur on a vacation, we broke down in Carmel at 4pm on a Friday. Our tow truck driver let us know that all the shops in town were only open 9-5, Monday to Friday. We asked who he'd suggest going to and he recommended Pacific Motor Service. We arrived just before closing, but the shop staff was still incredibly helpful. Kyle in the office helped us get checked in and explained everything that was going on very clearly. The owner, who was on his way out for the weekend, went back into the shop to personally inspect our car. They figured out what was wrong and scheduled us for service bright and early Monday morning. The owner then personally drove us to a car rental company nearby and waited with us until he was sure we were taken care of and had a car. Amazing service! On Monday, the shop was able to get the parts and finish the repairs all before noon so that we could make it back to San Francisco for a flight. Thanks, Pacific Motor Service!
