When my car stopped dead you arranged for a tow service, found the problem, l ordered the parts and fixed it by the next day. And, you assured me that my car, which is a 1997 model, was still reliable! Plus, you provide shuttle service which is a most welcome convenience! Charged me $352.00 for 2 hours labor. Too rich for return business from me.

Hello Julius, Our labor rate is not quite that expensive; however, we are definitely not the cheapest in town. We have the highest level of training in the area, boast a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty and are the only AAA approved company on the Monterey Peninsula. Hopefully our customer service met your expectations. If there something that isn't clear regarding your car's repair, maybe I can clear things up next time you are in the area.
