Charged me $352.00 for 2 hours labor. Too rich for return business from me.

Hello Julius, Our labor rate is not quite that expensive; however, we are definitely not the cheapest in town. We have the highest level of training in the area, boast a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty and are the only AAA approved company on the Monterey Peninsula. Hopefully our customer service met your expectations. If there something that isn't clear regarding your car's repair, maybe I can clear things up next time you are in the area.

The team in Monterey is always personable and never makes me feel “like a girl.” Rather, they do a great job at explaining and walking me through everything. Furthermore, they always take great care of my car and are efficient with their work. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

We appreciate the customer service we received. We are from out-of-town and had car trouble. AAA referred us here. Before the tow truck even left, the shop called to say they were expecting us and would call us with a diagnosis. They completed a full inspection and determined everything was good with our car. They sent a shuttle car to pick us up. They were very honest and friendly and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. Thanks!
