The team at Pacific Motor Works do incredibly good work. I took my car in to get an oil change (knowing full well that there are some issues with my cars engine or transmission). They got the car and performed a much more detailed inspection than I thought and sent me updates on what they found, what they recommend and then prioritized the work they were recommending based on the vehicle overall condition. While I am not happy that my car is dying a slow death, I really appreciated that they were so thorough when performing my oil change and being honest with me on what they found. They are a trustworthy company and I definitely recommend bringing your car or truck to them for service.

Excellent customer service. Walked me thru the process every step of the way. Turned out one surprising but expensive problem with my car is covered under warranty, and they were very gracious and understanding when I had to decline the work. However, everything else they did, from providing shuttle service to fixing the rest of the issues, were done efficiently. My car was as clean as I left it.
