Our college bound daughter was stranded in an unfamiliar area when her car (just serviced by our local auto shop 3 weeks before) wouldn't start. We have AAA and live about 3 hours away, when this occurred. Insert panic and worry here... It was on a busy Labor Day Weekend-Sunday eve, and a crazy time to get a tow company out to assist. When AAA finally towed the car to her college, we needed to find an auto repair shop to find the problem and fix it. Based on Pacific Motor Services' accolades from our neighbors and ratings online, we called them and Kyle answered. That was the beginning to a great overall experience and peace of mind. Kyle went above and beyond our expectations with his customer service and attention to our needs. They located the problem within an hour of receiving the car and determined it was the Starter. They even provided shuttle service so that she could get her car after class was out. How nice is that?! We now have an honest, reliable and friendly place to have our daughter's car cared for with only what's needed. Kyle was up front with the repairs needed now and helped itemize the "must get done" and the "to do later" repairs which helped us with forecasting expenses. We really can't say enough about the overall experience and their after service correspondence. Very professional all of the way through.
