Mostly, the car runs great. They make a great effort to explain what they are going to do, itemize the costs and contact you before proceeding further if they run into an unforeseen situation, during the repair work, that necessitates an additional charge so you never turn up to pick up your car and are presented with a "fait accompli" of additional charges to you bill.

Knowledgeable and professional.

I visited Monterey and developed a noise from my truck. They checked it out the day I called. It was the wear indicator on my brakes, something I can fix myself when I return home. They did not pressure me to let them fix it. I gladly paid the diagnosis fee and was on my way.

I took my car in to two hoses replaced that cause my vehicle to fail smog. Pacific Motors replaced the hoses and took my car back to smog center to be retested.

Professional, quick and attentive to detail. Performed all required services. Noted anything needing further service.
