Just had an oil change on my vehicle. The staff was very professional and did the work in a timely manner. I'm very happy with the service and the vehicle check that was performed. I highly recommend this location.

Service here is always great, this time they didn't rotate the tires, so I expect the brakes didn't get checked. Now I need to either schedule another appt. or get it done somewhere else, either way it's another couple of hours of waiting for the car. This is the first problem I have had with Pacific Motor Service, I have had the car(s) serviced here a dozen times.

I've been bringing my cars here for a couple of years and always had a good experience. Kevin runs a great shop. My cars get diagnosed correctly, fixed right for a reasonable price, and done on time. It's very conveniently located, we are lucky to have them in the neighborhood.
