Service here is always great, this time they didn't rotate the tires, so I expect the brakes didn't get checked. Now I need to either schedule another appt. or get it done somewhere else, either way it's another couple of hours of waiting for the car. This is the first problem I have had with Pacific Motor Service, I have had the car(s) serviced here a dozen times.

I've been bringing my cars here for a couple of years and always had a good experience. Kevin runs a great shop. My cars get diagnosed correctly, fixed right for a reasonable price, and done on time. It's very conveniently located, we are lucky to have them in the neighborhood.

Excellent service and very efficient. Convenient location, close to downtown. We are new in town and it is great to get established with a good mechanic.

We were visiting Monterey from out of town when my car developed a coolant leak. I found Pacific Motor Service on the AAA recommended repair shops website and called them. They had my car in at 10:30am and replaced the cracked radiator by 3:30pm. All this being on a Friday was pretty remarkable. They kept me informed by phone at every step and were completely correct in there assessment of the situation. Many thanks to them for keeping our weekend away a good time and not a disaster.
