I received an oil change, and the crew were so kind! Everything was easy, and they had a coupon! I compared to other shops around town and it was cheaper than even the “shall not mention jiffy pop chain”. Will definitely be a return customer for all my repairs.

Rory, Beatrice and the whole team at Pacific Motor were wonderful this week. Rory especially was incredibly kind, personable, communicative and professional. Our car needed quite a bit of maintenance on a tight timeline and the Pacific Motor crew went above and beyond to accommodate us. Rory provided frequent and thorough communication which was so appreciated given that we aren’t from the area. Rory made us feel confident and comfortable trusting that the work he and his team did was appropriate. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back to PM for future car needs.
