Service at PMS Pacific Grove is very convenient (easy to get an appointment that fits my schedule as well as a ride to and from my home) and the staff is skilled and professional. Kevin has always answered my questions prior to undertaking any service (complete brake service, oil and filter service). I appreciate being treated like an adult and really appreciate not having to spend a small fortune with expensive dealer service.
