Mostly, the car runs great. They make a great effort to explain what they are going to do, itemize the costs and contact you before proceeding further if they run into an unforeseen situation, during the repair work, that necessitates an additional charge so you never turn up to pick up your car and are presented with a "fait accompli" of additional charges to you bill.
