Our daughter needed two new tires so I got a fair quote from Jim at Pacific Motors. While putting on the tires the technicians noticed two significant leaks that, while not safety emergencies, would have led to early deterioration in the value and usability of the car. Our daughter is a single mom with four children, working hard to advance a career, but unable to service her vehicle on a regular basis. It is such a relief to do business with a company and people I absolutely trust to give me a fair price and the information I need to help without worrying about unneeded expense. He even helped us prioritize the needed work. I will go nowhere else.

We came in the middle of a rainstorm after driving over a small landslide. Learned that Maseratis aren't great at off-roading. The terrible noises convinced us that the underside of the car was damaged. We went to lunch while awaiting the bad news. Upon returning 30 minutes later we were told that rocks and dirt had been stuck in the underside but everything had been cleaned out and we were ready to get back on the road. The whole thing took less than an hour and cost under $150. Best service ever.
