I'd like to begin by saying the customer service is exceptional and the quality of service is easily comparable. However, despite the excellence in service, the labor costs have shown a trend of concern, as this last labor fees were $1100--a sharp contrast to the $200 for parts. And for the service required, it seems a far stretch to rationalize such substantial labor fees. That said, I do not have any mechanical expertise, but having owned this car since it was new, as well as other other cars that have had similar work catered to, I was flabbergasted by the labor rates incurred :-( It's a pity to be frustrated like this after such wonderful overall service, but this is the nature of the beast with dealing with mechanics. We laymen simply don't have remotely enough experience or mechanical base knowledge to address issue and hope to receive a fair assessment. But all in all, their quality of professionalism is undeniably superior to many mechanics that I've worked with over the years. And while my heart excels through irregular palpitations when picking up my car and preparing to receive the damage to my wallet, I know that the car will be in excellent condition. While I truly thank you for your wonderful service, it may simply be that I cannot afford your labor service in the future, which is really unfortunate, as I feel exceptionally comfortable with your team and always impressed with your service. Thanks for your kind and professional service.
