I love the fact that it is so close to our home in PG, that I can get an appointment quickly, and that they are very good about communicating any issues or concerns with the cars so that we know exactly what to expect and how much it will cost. Kevin and his team are great when it comes to customer service, and we recognize and appreciate that!
The personal treatment was so appreciated. One deciding factor in choosing this company is that AAA endorses. I needed four new tires and didn't know where to go so I visited to discuss. Everything was explained. I was completely convinced that I came to the right place! The tires are now replaced and I am very impressed.

The staff at Pacific Auto Works are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I had a tire that needed repairing. It was taken care of immediately even though I did not have an appointment. I was provided with transportation to work and my car was delivered when I could not get away for the pick up. I felt staff went over and beyond to ensure a positive experience. As always, Pacific Motor Service was responsive and efficient.
