(My car does run fine now, no spites to the mechanic) however Kyle at the front desk was very impolite and at no point felt sincere. The manager (Kyle) would not let me talk to the owner even tho I had spoken to him prior that day, and made an arrangement. Overall seems like they have some issues in their chain of command and it felt like I had to strongly advocate for myself in order to not get over charged and what I deserved. I am looking forward to your lengthy and discrediting excuse/response.
Well here you go young Elijah. It is not my job to counter with long, discrediting responses, it is my job to fill in the blanks with subjective facts that are typically not made available by those who choose to leave negative reviews. I am glad you car is working properly and I am glad we were able to take care of the failed part under our warranty. As for your interaction with Kyle, here at Pacific Motor Service we do our utmost to provide world class customer service and to treat all our guests with kindness and respect; however, my staff are not punching bags and your behavior was so bad, your mother sent you back to apologize. When you asked to speak to the owner, you demanded his cell number while he was test driving another client's vehicle. Kyle told you he would be back in a few minutes and you were welcome to speak to him then. You declined to wait. Kevin works in the front office in our Pacific Grove location and is almost ALWAYS available to chat. Our chain of command is seamless with our shop managers, in this case Kyle, having total responsibility and authority over of their operation( we call it decentralized command. We hire fantastic people and get out of their way). I am sorry you and Kyle were not able to get along, but customer service is a two way street. You cannot be demeaning and demanding and expect your counterpart to continue to prostrate himself in the face of your immaturity. Kyle is very good with clients and has hundreds of positive reviews, but none of us are perfect. Thank you for the opportunity to tell the rest of the story.
