I had severe engine issues, made an appointment and was seen right away. The solution they offered was the best 👌. Repairs were made in a timely manner at a reasonable price. 😀 Communication with me was superb, and I highly recommend Pacific Motors. There is a reason they have been in operation since 1947!!

Took our BMW in and had multiple things fixed. They did an excellent job! We are very happy with the service they provided. Definitely will use them again for our car services! Very friendly staff and got our car back faster then we thought.

Our engine developed a serious malfunction during our vacation in PG. Kevin got us in the shop on short notice and we had our car back and running by the end of the next day. Could not have been better!

I have only drove it home from Service. However, I did not hear any noises when I turn the car to the right or left. Customer Service is excellent, caring, attentive, and helpful. I will continue going back when I need an oil change. I’m very happy with the service and care that I had.

We had some unexpected trouble with our Toyota Rav 4 while on vacation in Monterey. We live 3 hours away and wanted to make sure it was safe to drive before heading home. We took it to Pacific Motor Service and let me just say this was easily the best mechanic experience either of us have ever had and one of the best general customer service experiences as well. We ended up needing quite a bit of work done (front end struts and shocks) and they were able to complete all of it the very next day so that we could go home. Rory, the person who we primary dealt with, is an excellent communicator and we felt very well informed and taken care of. The other woman (so sorry I forgot her name) on staff was also very accommodating. They even held onto my luggage in the office while the car was being worked on so they I didn't have to lug it around town. I'm so happy with this service that I would honestly consider going back to Monterey for any serious car repairs just to go to this shop. Can whole headtedly recommend this business. Thank you very much to this excellent team!
