I do appreciate the level of service at PMS, but with this visit, I felt somewhat misled about the amount of time it would take to complete. When I made the appointment, the auto-confirmation indicated it would take one hour, but actually took closer to two. Since I had another appointment after picking up my car, there was a resulting schedule conflict and, had I been given more accurate information, I would have chosen a different appointment time.
