I was informed when the part for my car would arrive at the shop. I was given a reasonable ball park time the work would be finished. I was given the price in advance so I could let them know if that would work for me. When the part came in, it was not in the color that matched my car's color scheme, but there is no longer that part available due to the age of my car. I was given the option to proceed or not. I opted to continue and the work was done right away. I was able to pay be credit card over the phone. Due to my work situation, I was not able to pick up my car, so they brought it out to me. I appreciate the friendliness, courtesy and good work I receive at Pacific Motor Service.
