I came to Monterey for vacation from Modesto CA, unfortunately my front brakes on my car were scraping metal to metal. I was so stressed out, because I was unable to drive anywhere in Monterey. It kind of ruined my vacation for the first day. Plus I needed to get back to Modesto. I called Pacific Motors service, they told me to bring my car in and they were working on it and no time. Few hours later my car was done, they did an amazing job. The job was done professionally with Quality Parts. Not to mention it was budget friendly for me. The cost was lower than the estimate. Office Personnel was amazing they were very courteous and very helpful. I highly recommend them. I promise you you will not be disappointed.

I received an oil change, and the crew were so kind! Everything was easy, and they had a coupon! I compared to other shops around town and it was cheaper than even the “shall not mention jiffy pop chain”. Will definitely be a return customer for all my repairs.

Rory, Beatrice and the whole team at Pacific Motor were wonderful this week. Rory especially was incredibly kind, personable, communicative and professional. Our car needed quite a bit of maintenance on a tight timeline and the Pacific Motor crew went above and beyond to accommodate us. Rory provided frequent and thorough communication which was so appreciated given that we aren’t from the area.
