My car needed a smog certification to renew the registratioin. I got an appointment quickly, and waited for it to be finished. Competent, fast and courteous service. I will definitely come here again.

I had been on my way to the airport, heading for two weeks in Japan. I stopped for gas and the car would not restart. A nice guy at the next pump gave me a jump and I got to the plane, but the car was dead again when I got back. Another jump got me to Monterey, and the next day to Pacific Motors where I got a new battery, starter and, even more importantly, confidence that my car will work as expected. As always with Pacific great job, fair price, and no worries.
