Quick and Good service

Fixed the problem when two other shops couldn't/wouldn't.

My overall experience was amazing. Jim provided a full explanation of the recommended services as well as prompt follow up to my repair status. The shop was immaculate and very welcoming. As a women I felt very comfortable with the recommendations and never felt I was being taken advantage of. I will make Pacific Motors my provider for my car repairs in the future and will tell my friends about the wonderful service I received.

Your customer service is outstanding! My car required an additional day of service and I was provided with a rental car at no charge! I also really appreciated your shuttle service to and from work. I was surprised about the $31 road checki. I had just had my car serviced aand was only expectinb to haave a smog check. Otherwise everything was great.
