Appreciated alerting me to a deteriorating safety problem (front suspension) and their ability to fix it in a very reasonable time. Not only is the shop location is close to my home, but the pricing is 10-15% less costly than the competition on Del Monte Avenue per my experience.

I have had two recent visits to Pacific Motors. The first was a weird sound that I thought might be a master cylinder problem or maybe just some stupid thing interfering with the tires on turns. It was (happily the latter). They were honest, helpful, and fixed it for free. Second time: driving my wife's step-daughter's car back from Costco someone yelled that I had a flat tire. I made it Pacific. They found the nail, and also found some pending ( or past due) brake problems that will be her birthday present and could save her life. Great place! Great people!

Wonderful service and personnel! I completely trust all the repairs made by the Pacific Grove center. They are prompt to return calls, always find a way to work me in for an appointment, complete the work in a timely manner, always stick to the estimates they give, go over thoroughly any and all repairs made at the time of pick up,and most importantly, my car always runs better and the problems are resolved. I would not take my car any place else. Highly recommend this shop!
