I rely on PMS to keep my '92 in good running order. It's not always easy getting parts for a discontinued Eagle Summit Wagon. They go the extra mile. Because they promised to get my car back the same day, they stayed till 6 pm.

I ordered some aftermarket wheels for my 2004 Mustang. Made the appointment with Kevin and he quickly & efficiently put me on his books for the next Monday at 8 am. Stefany received me Monday however which was no big deal. She mentioned the service would take an hour and asked if I would like a ride home, I accepted. As usual, the customer service was excellent. Although I had to have far more work done on the car than I had hoped, Kevin was patient and clear in his explanation of what needed to be done and he did not pressure me at all. He was clear about what was for safety and performance and why. Plus he went out of his way to accommodate our difficulty in picking up the car by having it dropped off at the house.
