Calm, personal, clear, thorough. They promptly emailed and texted important information about a repair that needed to be done. They recommended a list of other important maintenance work. I chose some to be done now, and the rest I was going to leave for the next 5k check up, but later I called back and asked for all the work to be done. No problem. It was all done before close of business.

This place is somewhere I can go and know my car is being handled with care. They are excellent and I trust their work 100%.

He had his tech run a complete series of diagnostic tests and discovered a poorly functioning catalytic converter. The new part was installed and the truck passed with flying colors. Excellent service, from start to finish

I am satisfied with the staff and service. I only wish that they would have taken the time to wash my car before returning it. When I picked up the car, it looked like it had been parked under a tree, and berries and sap had fallen all over the hood and there was grease prints on the exterior. I took it directly to a car wash. Just a small, but important suggestion to further increase customer satisfaction and show us that you take pride in caring for our vehicles.

I was able to get in quickly and get the service done.
