I have used these guys before for major work - new clutch, new cv joints, new transmission mount, & 2 new tires in the biggest shot. I liked them a lot. This time, I was out of town - a friend wanted to use the car but it had a flat tire. He asked if he should use the 'can goo' I told him NO. I found the Pacific Motors phone number on line. I called. Kevin thanked me for saying no to the can goo, called my friend, met my friend, took the car keys. After that I don't know exact details but the car went to the shop, the flat was repaired (a big piece of metal in the tread), the battery was charged, and the was car delivered back to the house. I was happy give my credit card numbers over the phone to pay the reasonable charge. Fantastic!! Thanks Guys!

I was in town for a conference and while driving to the conference site, my splash guard lost some essential parts and was dragging and making a scraping noise. I had to be on the road and heading back to Sacramento in just a couple of hours. I called Pacific Motor Service and they had me drop off the car immediately and gave me a ride back to the conference center. This was about 10am. They were able to fix my car so that I could get it back safely to Sacramento and had me back on the road within a couple of hours. They were courteous, friendly, and didn't charge an arm and a leg! THANK YOU!! I made it safely home!
