We were on vacation when car trouble struck. I called Pacific Motor Service. They were extremely helpful. Jim called for a tow truck to come help. They found what the problem was and order the part. The car was back running quickly and our vacation was back on.

The team at Pacific Motor Service is always professional, personable, and pleasant. Regardless of the issue, they provide a thorough and quality service. I have never felt they over charged or were being anything but honest and trustworthy. Their use of the internet is great, but they will still take old fashioned walk-ins and phone calls too. I highly recommend them.

These guys are great! We knew our vehicle needed some help, shortly, after we arrived in Big Sur. They helped us, safely, organize our repairs and, now, we can travel Highway 1 with no worries! I have been going to Goodyear just up the street mainly due to the fact I saw them when I first moved to town. Today, I was treated unprofessionally and with little to no consideration. I felt that if that is how they treat me, then how are they going to treat my car? I chose to look further down the road. I noticed a different shop last time I was at my insurance office- State Farm. I was treated very professionlly. They did a great job with my car and the price was more than comperable. It took a while to get the needed part, but once the part was here, the service was done quickly. Also, I was able to get needed ride from the doctor,s office to my home.

I wasn't sure it was time to bring my car in for a check-up. It had been a year and when I talked to Jim Hayes, he explained that a year is often too long. He had my records from my first check-up last year and helped me understand that even though I have a low mileage 14 year old car, that things like hoses can not only wear out from use, but become can disintegrated. I was given help with getting my car up and back home again. I was informed of things found during inspection that needed attention. I also had received a coupon in the mail with helped with the cost. I have recommended Pacific Motor Service to my friends. The trust level I have with Jim Hayes and the work that is done here is what sets this car service apart.
