I brought my Honda in for what I thought was a much overdue brake job - 84k miles - however to my absolute surprise, Kevin told me the brakes were in fine shape, and did NOT need any work! I greatly appreciate the honesty and integrity. I will be back with to have both cars serviced at Pacific.

My right front headlight was out. So, Jim and crew ordered two (one for the other side two) and had it done in a half hour. They loaned me their car and dropped my car off at my house. Very personal service and very reasonable prices.
