I thought they took longer than normal to do a simple oil change and bumper to bumper inspection especially when my appt. was first thing in the morning. I received my car back at about 3pm from 9. They did inform me that their were customers ahead of me however.

In comparison to the local Mazda dealership there is no comparison! Pacific Motors has eliminated a noise problem I have had with the CX7 since the day I purchased the car.

The manager is personable, informative and efficient. The work on my car was thorough and the price reasonable. They made a sincere effort to accommodate the time and day I needed for an appointment. The waiting room is comfortable and clean. There's coffee, tea, water and a place for my personal laptop. What else could I want?
