The best experience! Great work and communication. Went in because of a parasitic draw on my car. Rory explained the problem and solution very well and the work was done perfectly. Will definitely recommend Pacific Motor Service to people I know.

That was an excellent review Mr. Morgan. We place a lot of importance on the client experience here. Completing the repair properly is a nonnegotiable for a quality shop, but the client experience is commonly overlooked by many in our industry. Rory and Beatrice do a fantastic job making all our clients feel like welcomed guests!

I went in for regular oil change every 6 months and proactively found out that my battery was well below 1/3 active and multiple other fluids than regular oil change-ie transmission and other fluids - were due for changing which gives me piece of mind that my car is up-to-date on all maintenance issues

Thank you for your review MR. Gregersen. THe service you are referring to was the 100,000 mile service for your Honda. Your family do a great job proactively servicing your vehicles. Your dad is still driving his cars from the 80's and early 90's!! We love it.
