My car broke down while visiting the area. Pacific Motor Service took excellent care of my car and had me on my way in no time. My new starter has a 3 year, 30,000 mile warrantee which is good nationwide. Since I travel this very helpful.

I brought my 2002 Camry to Pacific Motor Service for a full service oil change, tire rotation, wheel alignment & replacement of a window lift assembly on the driver's side. The wrong window lift assembly was delivered by the auto parts company so my car would not be ready until the following day. Kevin Donohoe called me immediately to inform me of the delay and was kind enough to offer me a rental car if I needed one. I did and was provided with a car for that evening at no charge. The next day my car was ready and I was able to drop off the rental car at Pacific Motor Service and drive away in my car. My Camry drives great and the driver's window is safe to use again. Thank you Kevin for accommodating me and for a job well done.

You extended a large measure of grace to me and my staff when the incorrect window lift assembly arrived and offering you a rental car was the least I could do.
