Kevin was very comprehensive in his explanation of the problems with my Passat which I appreciated. The work on the car was completed within a day as promised, and the headlight covers were polished as a courtesy which I also appreciated!

Towed in for repair of a faulty fuel pump about three hours before closing. They took my van in and repaired it in an hour and a half. I couldn't believe it. Prompt friendly service and I wish we had such a repair facility here in Half Moon Bay.

It is sometimes costly to fix a BMW, but Pacific Motor Service checked over the car and let me know that the water pump and thermostat were the only issues. The rest of the car looked great. My beloved car was worth fixing and the cost was well below the price of purchasing a new one. Beau explained everything in a clear, reasonable manner and promptly answered my calls. The car came back running beautifully!
