Best auto repair experience ever! My Mini Cooper Clubman is smiling. Beau and his team were professional, helpful and honest. From the start, they explained what may be needed, called to discuss, and presented the things that should be and must be done - but all in a partnership manner. Not a pushy "your car is going to die tomorrow" way. After understanding what it needed in some key Mini areas (water pump and oil gaskets) we discussed me reviewing with my dealer as they may be under warranty. I called and after some review most of the items were. It however was extra time and effort that Beau took to call the warranty company - over an hour I understand - and he did it with patience and a good feeling of helping me, not losing revenue. The savings were substantial and I appreciate the effort that he put into this as though they may have lost some margin in completing this via the warranty, he and his team gained me as a customer!! On top of this, they also were kind enough to pick me up and drop me off a few times at my place of business - and that was very helpful as well. The car was done in a day and I did not have to go through the challenge of a rental car - another great thing! My car has been driving well and I know my next service and oil change wil be at Pacific Motor Service. Thanks!
